Naomi novik creates an alternate history of europe where dragons are common and napoleon's forces attempt to take over the world. Novik's writing really shines when it comes to setting. Well done naomi.
Temeraire and laurence again have some desperate challenges, and scrape through once again. We find them on the battlefield fighting napoleon and his troops. What happens when laurence gets old?
