Shipping

A shipping mishap dimmed the shine but amazon was quick to respond and very helpful in getting it to me

I had an issue with a handle breaking during shipping and within days the replacement part came

I can only find it for sale in japan for about the cost of a decent used car with shipping and import taxes included

It always tightly and comfortably supports your back and your back wont feel tired even after long hours sitting and working in the duoreat

Either ups really gave it torture on the way here or the packaging needs a bit of attention

Parts inside the box were lazily tossed into the box with very little corner supports padding plastic etc
