My only disappointment is that is sits just a little crooked in the receiver. Hold the bikes securely. I wish i could get replacement ones, ours have bent and flattened and makes a tight fit difficult.

It is extremely sturdy, well made and very economical. The pins are awesome, easy access to your car with the tilt feature, and folds down easily.

Bike holders have a hex key wrench to tighten after setting in place. Kit includes a retainer strap which is good for keeping the bikes from swaying back and forth. Not a lot of rattling even with the bikes off.

If you're looking for a product that is trustworthy and ready for use directly after assembly, this product is not for you. Very dissatisfied. Do check out maxxhaul bike rack, it’s cheaper and better quality and sturdy!
