Pros

This pillow is a life changer! The support of this product and quality is well worth the expense. Added bonus, my cats love it too.

The seam (another issue i saw in comments) is not an issues. The cover is removable and washable.

Cons

It's sewn into a very tight u-shape - there is little flexibility. I'm 5'4, 140lbs pregnant and the pillow did not cradle me well. It's worse than putting ski boots on a squirming child.

Leachco's website is useless in providing any further assistance. I doubt i will be able to use it much longer, and i will definitely not replace it with another leachco product. Would not recommend.

The pillowcase digs into your neck so i actually flipped mine i sleep with the head at the bottom between my knees which is perfect for me

Price

It’s difficult to find decent price pillow cases for it that are easy to put on

The cover is a huge pain to get back onto the pillow
