Pros

I hope this one lasts a long time. It's sturdy and well made. The storage pouch is nice too.

Bought this during covid pandemic to screen guests at small outdoor gatherings as an added precaution. It is accurate, easy to use and inexpensive.

Works as advertised. Easy to settle up and handle. The device is easy to use.

Cons

Inconsistent readings in the same spot less than 12cm from forehead. First one way off and inconsistent. Every subsequent reading gets more absurd. Highly inaccurate out of the box.

Com (the seller) is definitely defective. I have one meant for shop work from harbor freight and it's more consistent than this garbage.

There's a + and a - on the battery cover lid, but it's not clear if the battery should match that symbol to the top or the bottom. There's no picture or wording in manual to make that clear. It is faulty and needs replaced.
