Pros & Cons
Pros
Everything including bacon, sticky white rice and eggs just glides around the pan. The pan is hefty and seems of great quality. Finally, at 65 i have an omelet pan that eggs don't stick on.
It is amazing how it distributes the heat and cook even. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.
This small skillet is non-stick, heavy and dishwasher safe. Works beautifully with induction cook top. This is my first stainless steel nonstick skillet from le creuset.
Cons
The bacon leaves a charred coating on the rough patches of the surface of the pan. Since the pan can't be scrubbed, the only way to clean it is by slowly boiling soapy water in it to devolve the gunk.

I purchased this after having a great experience with the smaller pan
Update this is not the quality pan i had hoped for
The center has a slight crown in it which forces the oil to the outside like a donut with the hole
Competitiveness
Compared to the 14 allclad pan we also just bought this is definitely the winner
