The lifetime guarantee is pretty worthless as it covers only manufacturing defects and any scorching on the base invalidates it and you have to cook very moderately not to inflict any scorching some retailers will give you a discount if you return the worn out pan

The manufacturer claims they are dishwasher safe which for a time i suppose they are but i wouldnt recommend protracted dishwasher use

The notsotough nonstick coating on a 4yearold saucepan of mine is badly damaged around the rim as a consequence of continual dishwasher cleaning
