It feels slightly lighter but it feels stronger. Also love the artichaut green color. I am wowed by the color. My favorite caribbean turquoise tone.

Not that i baby these but that theres a few rules to follow when having enameled cast iron1 never use metal anything to stir or serve food from this youll scratch the enamel

If you go immediately from hot to cold you will shock the enamel3 when heating up you do not need high temp setting
