    For eggs just add a little water around the edges of the eggs then cover with a lid for 4mins all on lowmedium heat then take the lid off crank up the heat a little to make them crispy

    I still am unsure if the pan is worth the money since things stick to it with almost every use but i like using a trusted company where i am less worried about unknown contents of the pan leaching into the food
