U can tell the quality just by seeing holding and using it for a while
Overall quality is outstanding the handles wont be falling off these like they do on inferior cheaply manufactured pans

I bought this as i was struggling to get even heat through my induction hob so when i tried to make caramel some burnt before other parts were cooked i equally couldn’t seem to get the temperature high enough

Beware the sizing refers to internal diameter so the 16 cm pan measures 18cm across the rim

The first 3 sets were expensive and good brands but still broke and handles fell off etc
