However while running both the lights and the fan the control board kicks out and the whole thing shuts off

Id asked a csr from golden vantage about the power requirements he said the board could take up to 20w but i think thats not the case

You will have to pop the light out of the housing and bend the retaining clips to fit the unit in the original hole but its 2 minutes with a pair of pliers and youre done

Ive installed one other led puck light the triant model available from a major online led lighting supplier which uses samsung leds installed in a virtually identical aluminum housing
