The tablet is thin and easy to hold for little hands there are no colours per say rather the pen just draws a multicoloured line on the slate

When you want to remove the image on the slate just press the bottom switch and it will be erased ready for some more drawing fun this feature can be locked out as well to prevent accidental pressing

The only thing i note is that this is not backlit so not very bright unless under a decent light or good daylight

If you look at the photo carefully you’ll see little paw prints and that’s from our cat standing on it that’s how sensitive the screen is

The supplied pen clips to the side of the board for storage it would be better if it were secured by a cord to the board i can see it getting lost easily
