Pros

All the keys work. The difference is the customized placement of vent holes and keys, including rod structure. I'm a tinkerer, so i think i'll get it working ok in the end.

Taught and performed up til 10 years ago. Play it everyday. This one plays better than my selmer bundy 2 by far!

Don't hesitate. I hope this helps. I'm on month 5 and it is holding up.

Very enjoyable tone. Youtube videos are tell tale for sound quality. Tone is subjective, but i’m not only happy.

The first pic shows the bump, the second shows me almost finished lapping the table. The lighter weight is nice.

Cons

Buyer beware. The inside is cheap styrofoam. I’d give this case six months tops before it disintegrates completely.

For a beginning player this will be extremely frustrating and perplexing. It's the worst sounding sax i have ever played. Save up and buy a quality used instrument instead.

I also flattened out the bottom of the 2 cheap included reeds ive been playing with i also ordered a box of vandoren sr2125 reeds
