Pros
The screen is very clear and easy to read and love the fact it has a magnetic back perfect for using with my air fryer. Feels good in a hand, relatively low latency. Readout is very quick.
Cons
Followed the instructions (saying remove tab but there was none) returned it on 13th feb. Stopped working within 2 days. Not up to the job.

The temperature reading can be toggled between fahrenheit and celsius by changing the tiny switch in the battery compartment
