Pros

I use this product for homage pizza dough. Works great for homemade pizzas, dog treats, etc. I make ground beef jerky and these lets me really roll out the meet in slim strips.

This gizmo works like a charm. Still working on perfecting my pizza though. Very happy with the purchase.

Cons

There is a huge gap between the roller and the arms that hold it in to place. And now to have the hassle of returning it.
