It cools down a room and sometimes it gets a little cold so i have to change the fan setting from 3 to 2 or 1

About 9 months ago it always sounded like that on any speed fan mode and i knew it wasnt going to last through another hotsummer with no airconditioning to help it

If my apartment had ceiling fans i wouldnt need so many fans but were not allowed to install them and management wont do it either
