Pros

This comes ready to assemble out of the box. However, the proof is in the pudding. Very pleased with this purchase.

Laser boresight is a good unit for the money. Looking forward to sighting many firearms with it. The battery life is really the only down side. Great for sighting in a variety of firearms.

Cons

The batteries are an unusual size that are hard to find and they don't last for more than a couple of uses. Really terrible design for the battery compartment/on switch. Page 1 of the instructions has the various adapters mislabeled.
