Pros

Measuring during construction (especially when working solo), it's sooo helpful. Starting your first measurement turns it on so you just grab it and get to it in feet not meters. Very precise, and very easy to use.

Set up a room for a redo takes minutes. Comes with an easy to follow instruction book and a rugged case. This thing is great and has sped up my prep work 10 fold!

Works as advertised. But for my puoses it is darn good.

Cons

The unit works great indoors, but i could not get it to work well in daylight. The one i just received is off by 3/8 for 1' measurement. I plan to buy another brand of meter and i hope it works better.
