Great garment for after arm lipo. My only fault with the product is the seam in the arm. I got big grandma arms,this product is absolutely amazing.

Small is perfect on me. Xs size works perfectly for me. It fits on your arms just right. The extra small is small but this is effective, especially with the cross chest piece of fabric.

Cons

The x-small hardly compresses my arms. It looks like i hve rope burn on my arm. Uppers arms are way too small for the size of rest of garment.
