The shirt is stretchy but the seams dont really have much give the seams at the sleeves especially were a little tight

Id recommend if youre in between sizes or like a looser fit go up a size because the seam dont have much stretch

I bought three colors and the white is not so sheer i need a cami but you probably would be able to see a navyblack pant through it if wearing untucked
