Pros

The shelves and drawers are deep and it holds a ton of stuff. The tabletop is also very roomy. The vanity is a little wobbly at first on carpet, but it settles in.

It’s simple to assemble just a bit time consuming. Instructions are easy and i laid everything out before hand.

Was skeptical due to reviews an originally was not going to purchase. Cons are really not that bad, not something i'd really complain about tbh.

The lights are really nice and the tape used to install them is really durable. A couple of pieces were chipped but luckily not areas that are seen. The mirror is great. My daughter is very picky and i wanted her to place them how she wanted them.

Cons

The chair is so small that even when my chair is at its lowest setting i'm hitting my legs on it. The drawers are sticky, it’s not very sturdy, and just looks like it was made super cheap.

Open the box and lay out all of the pieces get ride of the extra trash and organize your tools and screws

The box arrived opened and was roughed up but nothing was damaged thankfully

It was alittle unsteady but we just used the thick foam in the box to secure it to the wall worked great
