The trick is to insert then expel the contents and then before allowing the bulb to re expand remove the neck from the body so you do not return any liquid to the bulb

My only suggestion would be to make the spout squirt from the top and not the sides and to have the spout more rigid instead of being bendy on insertion

The threads screw the spout into the bulb must be twisted all the way into the bulb to avoid leaks which eliminates the messy tendency of some of the nonscrew types to pull out and detach from the bulb causing contence to squirt while still inserted

This works great but be warned it is pretty thick so i would not recommend it if you are not comfortable using a bigger diameter pipe to put up there
