The only thing to mention is the soft blue side which i assumed would be against my knee is facing away from it

You might say just turn it round but if i do that the velcro is then facing the wrong way so i can’t strap it up

Have used hot and cold alternating heating instructions are written on the actual gel pack so they are always available after you chuck the packet away

I bought the bodyprox one for the armwrist and it is utterly useless compared to this
