Pros
Great for posture and helps with posture and takes all pressure off coccyx. This is extremely useful for symptoms relating to my chrohns disease. Sitting isn't as painful as it has been with a conventional cushion.
I work from home due to the pandemic and bought this which was a good purchase. Also'seems' to be a reputable company. This is very good product which delivers on expectations.
Has handle on zippered cover, is washable. Works fine on sofa, bed or floor too. I suffer from sciatica and problems with my lower back and it has been of instant relief.
Cons
Found the “ring” super hard and uncomfortable. The hole in the middle is not big enough to relieve pressure on perineum. While this takes pressure off the coxyx it puts pressure on the back of the thighs.
Amazon are allowing me to return it for a full refund after 3 days' use. Big disappointment. Would not recommend.

There is some extra literature also supplied with the product which is very informative
The reviews clearly indicate that the product does work for some but based on my mums feedback i personally would struggle to recommend

Although more expensive than alternative cushions the extra cost is very worthwhile

This is the 2nd product ive bought from bonmedico and ive found both products far superior to any comparable products on the market
It dosnt cure it but makes it a lot easier 2 sit down
Would highly recomend to any one who needs
Looking closely at lots of similar products on amazon theyre all about the same price

The only negative is i have a bulging disc in the back which can act up if im not sitting at the correct 90degree angle and the cushion because of its doughnut shape doesnt allow the back to sit correct on the seat its only out about 2inchs

Its great qualityvery supportive nice and cooling to sit on should be very esay to clean too
