I opened it up and was able to for about 30 and and hour of work make it work as 3 separate lights and not flashing

Buy a package of night light light bulbs the bulbs it come with are flashing

I then drilled holes in the side plastic to connect the toggle switches to

If you want to control each light separate but still have it flash just do not replace the bulbs

I opened it up and replaced two of the flashing light bulbs and left the red one in to mimic an emergency light flashing
