Pros

The adjustable settings is the icing on the cake. Had to replace the original one that i bought at the 7-11, the ole lady broke it.

The size is very portable (though mine stays in my desk drawer at work), and the telescoping extension if long enough to reach any part of my back. The handle telescopes, so it is small enough to carry in a pocket or purse.

Cons

Flimsy *. This pos is a cheap china knockoff of the bear claw. Pieces fit too loosely to glue it back together, metal too thick to solder w/ iron.
