Pros
The bamboo is both beautiful & functional with clever grooves carved in the surface to further distribute the cool air from the large fan in the center. Cools my core i3 lap top well. It cools my dell laptop finely.
Great product, excellent customer service. I promise they will always be meaningful and never of penny ante junk.
Natural renewable material rather than plastic. No wood splinters yet. I choose the one with the metal support bar as i thought it had a better chance of lasting without breakage.

The removable baffle with onboard storage is brilliant. The different elevations helps a lot, especially since my workspace is a bed. Very adjustable for viewing angle.

Major bummer. The wiring is risky & dangerous. The fan is so weak you can barely feel a breeze.

Only issue is the fan isn’t in direct contact with the warmest section of the computer
I can balance it on my legs with the ability to tilt up my laptop
Packaging/appearance
The packaging couldve been better but i didnt expect a sudden change in the packaging or the material used for this cooler and the usb wire
The only problem is that the wire needs to be tied up and taped just right to keep it out of the way

Bought as a replacement the first one i had was a plastic stand with fan it was horrible so next i bought a metal one with no fan again horrible it would not hold computer without sliding
