Pros

This backpack is a life saver. My teenager loves this backpack.

But, it is very sturdy and stylish. It feels real durable, though, and well-made.

Cons

The zipper in the middle pocket is broken. Needs an improvement on durability. The returns policy is only 30 days from the order date which is a huge bummer because i like the bag otherwise.
