Pros

The bean-bag style padding underneath is very comfortable and sturdy for most activities. It sits on a slight angle down, which is very helpful for writing. The cushion underneath, aides the comfort of it resting on the lap.

Only thing that they could improve is to make it collapsible, otherwise it's perfect. I just wish that the holes that function as pockets were a bit deeper and/or longer. Has a little tray at top for things like cell phone.

Cons

The pockets have no padding and are very shallow. The price difference between the black and coloured versions is outrageous.
