Pros
Great tight musical bass with plenty of punch and a useable bass response down to 30hz. Most likely do to the quad layer voice coil. These subwoofers are probably your best option for space saving bass on a budget.
A couple hours later and what a pleasant surprise. Defintl prett awesome. Better than max pro!
This woofer could easily handle a true 200 watts rms from a larger amp, with the right sized box, and with a low frequency crossover. I have it powered with 200wrms in a boss cx750 chaos exxtreme mosfet bridgeable 2-channel power amplifier.
Cons
They go directly into the cone(beats me why they would have such a cheap design when everyone in the industry knows better) and vibrate extremely causing them to essentially break of from the coil. Don't buy unless you have an amp well under 100 watts... Read More

But to be honest if this is the quality product lanzar produce they should be taken off the flea market brand list
I do not forsee this being a issue with the lanzar

And you cant go wrong with price
For the price i doubt you will find a better subwoofer
This is a 5 star sub if you consider the price
Cost about half the price of a new fosgate

Nice little sub i was very surprised with the quality and the packaging being that it is a 27 dollar subwoofer
Competitiveness
5 hours it never bottomed out or showed any issuesthis is a great addition to anyones sound system that needs good mid bass
On a 300watt amp its enough to kick out 127db and all from an enclosure no bigger than a small bag
It wont win you any spl competitions but it gets loud enough for what it is

Actually if i had the space i would probably get a sundown sa12 but sadly im low on space in a toyota tundra so these will be my top of the line u til i finally breakdown and buy a chevy van and bankrupt myself in equipment for it

Picked up for of these and ran them off a dd ss1 with about 600plus watts

Cons durability the surround is foam and i suspect that over a relatively short length of time they will deteriorate

If you sneeze in their direction the wrong way i feel like they will disintegrate
