My pup is about 45lbs and the xl fit him pretty well it was just a little loose

It does seem like it will ware easily so no dryer and prolly only cold gentle cycle wash

The neck isnt too wide so it doesnt slip off the dogs shoulders while they sleep like a couple of their other sweaters do
