Pros
Good value and does the job as goo as a spyderco sharpener. Much better than the fancy expensive gimmicks advertised.
Lansky sharpener sharpens knives at two angles. Simple to use and sharps really well. Saves me the trouble of sharpening my knives.
Simple to use, portable, and fast. Very satisfying to use. Very effective & simple to use and portable too.
Original package with usa assembly mark and instruction leaflet in 4 different languages(eng,ger,fr,esp). The wooden base and cover in one as sturdy and good looking box with on site twisting cover for the 4 ceramic rods storage.
This is not for serrated edges but given i have few of those this is perfect for me. If you need to put a proper edge back on your blade, then you need something that will thin the blade enough to hone it.
Cons
The sharpening stones are a bit of a wobbly fit in the holes in the top of the box. It seems like too much money for four aluminium oxide rods in a cheap wooden box. Only 1 set of ceramic rods in package.
The quality of the box is reasonable, but not brilliant. Accepted a partial refund from understanding seller. Most disappointing. Delux it isn't.

Say them used on maximus iron thumpers channel and liked the ease and simplicity of the product
It didnt take long for me to want more after buying this product

I have sharpened a number of blades with it now including a cheap horrible multitool blade and this kit had it cutting hairs with very little effort approx 15 min

Ive used various methods to get an edge on various knivesbut could never get that final true edge

I do imagine at some point that the screw hinge of the box might fail but i really don’t care the whole thing can just go in a box and the rods left out
