I purchased a top of the line recliner on 81614 from furniture fair in wilmington nc and all was well until a few weeks ago when a metal bracket on the frame failed and the seat sagged on the left side

I called furniture fair and they looked up my invoice and said its covered under warranty

Baers furniture is the only retailer that comes up on the lane website and baers does not even list lane as a product they carry so i did not bother to visit them
