Pros
The recliner is very comfortable and very supportive of my neck and back. There have been no saggy cushions or broken springs. Have other lane furniture, and still going strong after years of use.
The fabric is great and breathes. Is a nice soft fabric. The stitching seems to be well done. It is padded well. Holding up well to an assortment of cats and an enthusiastic dog.
Cons
It looks to me it was built crooked. I am 5'6 tall and my feet were dangling several inches off the floor. I have arthritis & it is hard to use the handle to recline.

I had a horrible experience with actually getting a chair and when it arrived the frame was so bent that one arm and left side of seat was a foot higher than the other

It is not as comfortable on the neck as i need but it is pretty and will have to live here for a long while
