Pros & Cons

Pros

This is the best nutcracker that i have ever used. Works on brazil, pecan, filbert, almond ect. Perfect for hazelnut and smaller variety of walnuts.

Seems pretty sturdy too. Plus it is ultra sleek and, may i say, flashy at the same time.

The cone shape lends itself to keeping the nut and its meat in one place after it's been cracked. It makes sense, you have one lever causing again the steel side of the bowl. And do not crush the nut inside, only the shell.

It fits nicely in your hand and doesn't require a lot of force. My husband’s of medium build, but his hands are too big to manage this feat.

Cons

This nut * crumbles the shell so much that it's impossible to separate nut from shell. While it looks good, and worked well for the first three uses, its a dud in my books.
