Pros
These are decent tasting bars with peanuts, cashews, dark chocolate and hazelnut. This is a gluten free product which i appreciate since i'm gluten sensitive. Great tasting protein nut bars.
The bottom of the bar is dipped in dark chocolate. Just enough dark chocolate to lend a fabulous flavor but not enough to be overkill. I'm not even a dark chocolate eater normally, but this is just perfect.

I wouldnt choose these again since other brands are more 34my taste34 but if you like nuts and dont like too sweet bars these are for you

Energy wise they did nothing for me but they are good as a quick snack throughout the day
