This tab is 300 mcg( (about 1/16 the size of the other dose), and should be just right. It's also nicely effective. These just give you a little push. No groggy feeling, it’s not a sleeping pill or sedative.
Cons
This product is labeled 300 mcg or 0. But, 300 mg is 3 mg, not 0. The product is being recalled.

You will not find a better quality melatonin in my opinion
I really like this product because it has helped me tremendously to fall asleep quicker and to have a better quality of sleep
Unfortunately melatonin makes me nauseated which i discovered while using this product
Sadly trader joe’s stopped carrying that product

Price is fairi would definitely purchase this again

I like this low dose one and actually it works much better than higher dose ones
However im going to have to swallow with water which kind of defeats the purpose esp considering the cost

Ive read an article that said thatthe typical melatonin dose 5mg is way too high

He had adhd and doesn’t sleep good or rest any during the day so when he would finally fall asleep at night he would still get up super early so he would be really cranky and be in the go all day long and it was a cycle

We tried different mgs of melatonin and brands for him they would work for like a week or two then be worn off so onto then next brand etc

Lastly no melatonin supplement works nignt after night for me so i just take it if i have an important day the next day

These landau tablets have an extremely candylike flavor which is offputting for me
