Some parts didnt come with it so i called and left a message which they did return my phone call in a short time period and tried to make it right by sending me the missing parts along with 2 more balls which i appreciated but the parts was wrong even with giving the model number to them so i called back and by the time they called me back i pretty much said the hell with it and made brackets for it because my children wanted to buy it with their saved birthday money and i wasnt gonna let them go any longer with out
