The duvet is clearly marked with warm and cold in case you cant work out which is the thicker side

Yeah i run hot most males do but it is starting to look like the only real answer to this issue is two seperate single duvets

I am sure other have had great success and are very pleased with their dual tog duvet but sadly it just does not work for us
