Pros
With its sleek, cyber-style it looks so right whether you fill out checks or write in a journal. I love the chrome though as the reviewer says it will be slippery if you are planning extended writing.
The polished chrome on the front and rear tubes is flawless. The chrome looks and feels very solid and sturdy. Best of all the pico colors, this has a nice satin finish that very understated.
The lamy pico chromium ballpoint pen, cradled in its box is a pretty little shapeshifter. The center band is a black ribbed plastic.
The pico is compact, easy to use. Efficient and very well packaged. It shines when you use it.
Cons
The ink is bad is pretty bad, in general i really dislike lamy ink, for ballpoint pens and for fountain pens. The refills are so small it doesn't last enough to be practical.

When it is collapsed it is small but opens to a full sized pen

If you are thinking about getting the leather lamy pen sheath to fit this pen dont because it does not fit even though it is called the pico pen sheath

I eject the pen and to my horror half a pen came out

The other half was stuck in the dash

I was able to get the other half out after buying the car of course and many smiles per gallon later but in doing so i destroyed the tip of the pen
