Pros

Writes very nicely with noodler's black (a. A. Noodle black) it is both smoother writing than the cheap shaeffer italic nibs i've used. Just the pen, cap, and an ink cartridge(blue) works well.

It has a stylish, distinctive look i appreciate. It feels of high quality, although the black is seemingly prone to scratches. The lamy fps are always great, this one is super!

The pen is the same as the safari other than the body is elongated. Since the nib is wider you get a lovely effect on the writing without being too inky.

The 1. It's not unusable by any means but consider picking up the 1.

Cons

Downstroke is not as crisp as a dip pen and the shaeffer down * is more smooth. More suited to someone with a slow deliberate * focus rather than a cursive type writing experience.
