Great cutter, use every time we make pizza, wife even likes how easy it is to use. Rocker action is much better than rollers or chopping knives.
It is sharp and cuts well. For a softer crust, the knife edge is sharp enough for clean cuts.
This is the best alternative i could find, given that the next size up is a 20 inch, which is too big. It's sturdy and does the job and impresses everyone who sees. Perfect for small pizzas.
Cons
A company this old and experienced either knows they're cutting corners by not grinding off the edge. It's not long enough and it's terribly dull.

Anything larger and you are double cutting which is not what this type of knife is for i think
