This table protector is perfect for a long table. It stays perfectly under my tablecloth. It's as durable as you would expect, and should last a long time if taken care of.
Cons
The label says that it is a quilted table pad, but it is not quilted on either side. As others have said, the creases in the cloth show through. That corner'meltet' and produced a puckered area when the cloth was laid out straight.
The product has a very strong chemical odor. Mine is now repacked and ready to go back to amazon for a refund.

One thing i will mention here if you put a thin white fabric tablecloth over this thing then youd be able to see right through to the protective layer beneath it since this product is not smooth

If you use an embellished or darkercolored tablecloth then you wont see the layer beneath it

I was concerned that this is not washable and had heavy creases in it

I bought this to fit the longest length and then cut it down per leaf so it would fit all sizes
