Pros
The screen is very vivid and the colours are excellent. The leds are vivid without flicker. Auto-brightness is just perfect.
There are a few bugs, but nothing that ruins the experience. Every time there’s a new firmware upgrade more features are added. They are on v 1.
Alert sounds have a certain pleasurable ambience to them. It's primarily a notification device and a great one at that. If you have several smart home gadgets this is a excellent piece of technology to keep track of all the notifications.
The speaker sounds good - not terrific, but good enough for a clock radio. Radio is excellent and you can have access to any radio station in the world and been listening to german pod casts as well!
Cons
The only real benefit of having a lametric time is if you program things yourself to use the api, or if you managed to get some smart home functionality out of it. It's crazy to call this a blue tooth speaker and then have no bluetooth options or ways... Read More

Whilst this functionality is unavailable out of the box it is possible with some technical knowledge as lametric has an excellent app ecosystem

Prefer if the cable wasnt situated at the back as i wanted to mount this on the wall but that my own preference a good compromise on the design would to be have the power port on both side and back that way would suit a wider audience

The thing that lets it down the most are the apps it has the basics but too many repeated types of app or ones that are more novality based rather than actually useful

I would even pay for useful apps but very little incenitive i guess for deveoping making apps for free hence why the app store is limited and lacks growth

The radio function i dont personally use and even if i used this a bedside clock i would be better with a cheaper alexa device
