Pros
This a dope knife. Great price for a good product. Very sturdy and well built.
Love this product for cutting healthy veggie waffle fries. Sharp enough for any vegetable. Slices through cheese, carrots, celery etc.
This product has the greatest depth of corrugation of any that i purchased. It is nice and sharp, and makes chopping easy. Having the handle in a more typical knife configuration is a slight drawback.
Cons
Not sharp, rusted and used twice only. Wasted my money. I was very disappointed in this becuase the edge on the knife is not sharp at all.

However it is still borderline in being able to yield cuts that are thick enough to be called fries rather than chips and still have the holes that are characteristic of restaurant style waffle fries

The knife arrived with a decent cutting edge but i was able to file the the blade to a very sharp edge just using a regular flat file

Waffle fry note i did try to cut a waffle fry for this review but just couldnt make it work
