Grand machine except for the silly 1 litre container supplied with the machine and especially the stupid spoon which allegedly locks the lid in place but which is far more style over substance

Oh you cant just leave the yogurt in the device you have to let it cool down and then put it in the fridge later the same day it spoils within 23 days as mold takes hold

However if you leave it in the top of the fridge it gets thicker

If you added some powered milk to the starter it gets almost quark like the whey is simply poured off

I initially tried to strain the whey off with a filter after just 14 hours but frankly its messy and a hassle and simply not needed if you can leave it in the fridge
