It’s stretchy and flexible but holds its shape. They all fit and i personally feel more comfortable in the xl, but they have lots of stretch and get looser during the day. Both size fits.
This dress fits like a glove. This dress is cute a figure fitting. Overall love the fit of these dresses from this seller.
Cons
No attached tags. Amazon needs to do better with their qc. It’s going back asap.

Size down if you desire a tighter fit that smoothes your body otherwise your regular size fits just fine as well

However both times i ordered that particular color it was mostly an ugly yellowishtan color and nothing like the pictures of the dress on the model
