Pros
There is no significant splashing sound and the belt stays secure and tight. The waist strap belt is elasticated and is wide and comfortable. Great material, lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Bottles perfect size to ensure optimum hydration. Would not be without it on long runs.
Fantastic product. Have used it many times. Really pleased. Love this. Definitely recommend this one.
Has proven useful during loner runs for water and phone storage. Doesn't interfere with running action. Spent the majority of my run pulling it up.
Cons
This is too big for me when adjusted to the smallest size. Pocket is small and as it's not very flexible or stretchy so it's difficult to get items in/out. Can just about fit a phone & small set of keys.

However i had a nasty fall a month ago when i tripped over a lump in the road injuring my right wrist and severely wrenching my right shoulder muscles in the fall

I believe clutching a bottle in my hand made me fall awkwardly as my hand and arm were not properly free or in the right position to break my fall

I dont want to repeat that mistake as i have a habit of tripping over things every now and then due to my feet staying fairly close to the ground
