Only flaw is they are not great for weight loss because they are cookies and it’s hard to stop at just 1 or 2 per day lol.
These are awesome! They are expensive but if you’re really struggling i suggest giving them a shot. Is a little pricey but it works! These cookies are amazing!
This is about 3-4 oz more than i normally can pump. And i also feel like it did increase my milk supply, nothing crazy, but at least by an oz or two, which i will happily take. Only thing stopping me is the fear of getting engorged!

Now having said that within 48 hours i got mastitis and suffered a terrible fever for 72 hours due to the large increase in milk supply

The premixed option is much more convenient than buying all the individual lactation supplementsingredients you probably don’t already have on hand

They had a slightly unique flavor to them but the chocolate and oats definitely camouflaged it
