Pros
The fast acting strength comes in individual pouches, and you take one before eating dairy, and another one every 20 mins. I need it being lactose intolerant. Helps ease the gas pain from dairy.
I also like the bottles better than the individually packaged ones. Those are handy sometimes for traveling or throwing in a bag or purse.
Cons
This is just a marketing ploy. Cheaper to get at the store.
